The Pan-African Cardiothoracic Surgery Summit (PACTSS) is an interactive multi-disciplinary forum which will provide a platform and a network for a mutual exchange of knowledge and cooperation between cardiothoracic centres, clinicians, paramedics, industries, civil society, academia and politics. We warmly welcome participation and collaboration of leadership and members of various African sub-regional cardiovascular societies (African Association of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery (AACVTS), Tunesian Association of CV Surgery, Algerian Society of CT Surgery (ASCTS)), European Association for Cardiothoracic Surgery (EACTS), Society of Thoracic Surgeons of America (STS), German Heart Centre Charité (DHZC) Berlin, Asian Association of Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeons (AACVTS) and Brazilian Society of CV Surgeons.
The PACTSS will host international experts who will discuss cutting edge technologies and advances in cardiothoracic surgery. African and global experts will share with you the current challenges and the future of cardiac surgery in Africa.
